'Abe Lincoln' fined for reciting the Gettysburg Address at the Lincoln Memorial

A man dressed as Abraham Lincoln was fined for standing at the Lincoln Memorial and reciting the Gettysburg Address. The National Park Service, it turns out, requires a permit for that, and Honest Abe did not have one.
